Investors in People

In 1991 when investors in People was launched, Michael Howard said "Investors in People is a standard designed by business, which will be met by business, because it is in the interests of business. This is why it will survive."
Often thought of as something for big business and organisations like local authorities and such; the IIP logo is usually seen on their letterheads. However, IIP accreditation is available for any size of business, even a small one like ours. All that’s needed is dedication and enthusiasm. Identifying and meeting the needs of people brings great benefits to businesses and their customers. Our IIP accreditation lets clients know that we care about our staff. When a client spends money with us, much of it goes on training, fair wages, a safe working environment and good working conditions for our team. All of us are grateful for your custom and we aim to meet your expectations in full.
